This page explains the requirements and purpose of the E-License system.

Instructions

The top of the page provides an introduction to E-License.

1.	The List of Licenses link opens a page with a complete list of all licenses and permits currently available.

Before You Start

This section provides information and links explaining the requirements to use E-License.

The Test Your Printer button opens a sample license. Try printing this sample to make sure your printer can print the license you purchase. If you cannot successfully print the sample, you should not use E-License for your purchase but instead visit one of our license agent locations. License agent locations can be found by selecting the License Agent Locations link located on the left navigation bar.

2.	The PC Needs for Online Buying link opens a page providing information to make sure your PC can successfully use E-License.

This section tells you where you can go to get answers.

1.	The Most Accessed Digests link opens a page where you can review and download current hunting digests in addition to other DNR forms, publications, and maps.

Legal Age Requirements for E-License Purchases

In this section, you will need to certify that you are eligible to purchase through E-License or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor child that you are making a purchase for. You will need to complete this section before you may purchase a license.

1.	Read the I Do Certify statement.

2.	If you meet the requirements of the statement, click the radio button to select your response:

a.	Select "Myself" if you are purchasing a license for your own use.

b.	Select "A minor child for whom I am the parent or legal guardian" if you are purchasing for a minor child.

3.	Click the I Certify button. You will go to the Customer Login page.

4.	If you cannot certify, click the I Do Not Certify button. You will be shown a message thanking you for visiting E-License. When you close the message you will be taken back to the top of the page. You will not be allowed to proceed with a purchase without certification.
