Clicking the Check Elk Chances link on the left navigation bar opens the page where you submit your customer information and check your elk lottery chances.
Instructions
| 1. | Carefully review the information on the page. |
| 2. | Enter your Customer ID Information. |
| a. | Enter the Customer ID used for the hunt application in the appropriate text box. |
| b. | Enter the Customer's Date of Birth (mmm dd, yyyy). |
| • | Select the month from the drop-down list. |
| • | Select the day from the drop-down list. |
| • | Enter the four-digit year. |
| 3. | Click the Submit Request button to continue. |
Additional Option
| • | Click the Clear Form button to clear all of your entries to start over. |
