You need to make sure you will be able to print your receipt and license before placing an order. Clicking the Test Your Printer button that appears on the Welcome or Checkout page opens the PRINT SAMPLE page.

|2.||If after completing the instructions on the PRINT SAMPLE page your print test was not successful, you should not attempt to purchase through E-License. Visit one of our license agent locations to make your purchase. License agent locations can be found by selecting the License Agent Locations link located on the left navigation bar.|
